What a day with our Customer Success team looks like

Fast-paced, full of meetings, and focused on happy customers. Here’s what a day on Boards on Fire’s Customer Success team looks like.

Boards on Fires Customer Success Team

Hi, Hanna Sjöman here!

Today I’m taking over the blog for a while to give you a glimpse into what a typical day looks like for us on Boards on Fire’s Customer Success team.

Spoiler: It’s fast-paced (and incredibly fun)!

08:40 – Team meeting
We kick off the morning with the whole team. We talk about our new customers, where they are in their onboarding or pilot phase, and look ahead in the calendar. Kind of like a weather forecast, but for customer journeys.

10:00 – Training with an existing customer
One of our customers has welcomed several new team members and wants to give them a strong start with Boards on Fire. We start from the basics, going through the product’s features, components, and how to build boards.

11:15 – Support sprint
Time to put on our support caps and dive into the ticket race! A few requests have come in, and we aim to solve them faster than an espresso kicks in ☕️

Goal: happy customers, happy colleagues, and maybe a virtual high five or two along the way.

12:00 – Lunch break
Time to pause for food and recharge. The team gathers in the cafeteria, sharing laughs and chatting about everything from weekend plans to small everyday adventures. And if we’re lucky, we might hear a good (or bad) story 😮‍💨

13:00 – Kickoff meeting with a new customer
Anton Jarl Rudenborg, one of our amazing salespeople, and I lead a kickoff meeting with a new customer who is just starting their onboarding. We go through the entire process, from how they manage daily operations today to their goals with Boards on Fire. These meetings are a lot of fun for us.

14:00 – Onboarding check-in
Meeting with a customer who’s partway through onboarding. We fine-tune their environment, brainstorm ideas, and help them get the most out of Boards on Fire.

14:45 – Follow-up from meetings
The day wraps up with follow-up tasks like sending materials, inviting participants to new meetings, and documenting all the fun and important insights from the day.

15:30 – Final stretch before heading home
We finish up the day’s tasks and make sure to give the office dogs an extra cuddle (after all, we won’t see them again until tomorrow…).

I really do love my work and to deliver the best service to our amazing customers.
