After a period of preparation and anticipation, the time had finally come for Boards on Fire’s very first user meetup. On May 21st, we gathered together with our customers or as we prefer to call them, firestarters, for a full day together. And what a fantastic day it turned out to be!
Participants traveled from all over the country, from north to south, and the room on Östergatan, right next to our office in the Icon building, quickly filled with curiosity, friendly dialects, and a strong sense of community. Those who had traveled the farthest arrived the day before, and of course, we made sure to welcome them properly with shuffleboard and snacks at Royal Corner in the heart of Växjö.
The day featured inspiring presentations from several of our customers, including Holtab, Sulzer, Swecon Anläggningsmaskiner AB, and Bruzaholms, who shared how they use Boards on Fire in their daily work. On our side, our CEO, Customer Success team, and development team contributed valuable insights and future perspectives. This included an overview of Boards on Fire’s journey, as well as how the Customer Success and development teams operate.
We ended the day with an experience exchange in smaller groups, a highly appreciated session where participants had the opportunity to share challenges, opportunities, tips, and working methods with each other. The conversations quickly became lively, and many left with new ideas and renewed energy.
A big thank you for a fantastic day. We leave with valuable input, fresh ideas, and plenty of energy, and we’re already looking forward to the next time. One thing is certain: this was just the first time, and definitely not the last.
