An important part of our philosophy is to help our customers engage as large a percentage of their employees as possible in the improvement work and daily management. That's why we make sure they can easily add anyone as a user to Boards on Fire.
During the summer, we passed 1,500 users and a recurring feedback we receive from, among others, improvement leaders, lean managers and production managers is how Boards on Fire has helped them to increase participation, commitment and to take advantage of employees' improvement suggestions.
