Started the week on a high note with the news that APT Group has decided to roll out Boards on Fire across the entire organization to streamline their pulse meetings and improve decision-making.
First up are the production sites in Tranemo and Ulricehamn, followed by aftermarket operations in the Nordics and technical sales in Sweden. After that, they plan to roll it out to AP&T’s subsidiaries in China, North America, and Germany, with the long-term goal of implementing it throughout the entire company.
Morgan Svensson, Head of Production & Supply Chain, expects that by identifying and addressing everyday issues more quickly, AP&T will strengthen its market position and be able to increase its focus on innovation and development.
– We see Boards on Fire as a strategic tool to ensure that our decision-making processes become faster and more data-driven. We are confident that this investment will provide us with valuable insights and improve the way we work, he says.
