Managing deviations should be simple, efficient, and a natural part of your daily improvement work. By integrating your IA system (Information System for Work Enviroment) with Boards on Fire, you gain full visibility of reported events - directly on your digital management boards.
Less manual work. When a deviation is reported in the IA system, it is automatically transferred to the correct board in Boards on Fire.
Faster response. Teams immediately see what has happened and can take quick, concrete actions - without anything falling trough the cracks.
Everything in one place. With visualization and follow-up integrated into your daily routines, deviations management becomes both more efficient and more engaging.
In this guide, we'll show how the integration works, what's required to get started - and how to get the most value from the connection.
The integration ensures that HSE deviations reported in your IA system are automatically sent to Boards on Fire, where they are displayed on a selected board. This makes your work environment managment a natural part of your daily operations - without spending time on manual follow-up.
To ensure proper intergation with Boards on Fire, you need to create a service account in the IA system. Make sure the account has the correct permissions. You´ll find a step-by-step guide at the link below: How to create a service account in IA
The system automatically fetches events from the past 30 days, with an update interval of every 15 minutes.
